It’s starting to take shape.
My plans and ideas are starting to take shape with time. The planning of the general itinerary is mostly done, what is left to see are the details from country to country. What I mean by details is to know the places to go and places to avoid. The planning of the budget of the amount that I will need for the trip is well on its way. I am starting to think of ways to help me financing the expedition. I wanted to get a bunch of T-Shirts done with my own tribal arts drawings. I was thinking that since I am an amateur photograph and that the whole trip is in a way an excuse to do photography in some other parts of the world,

I should do a auction with some of my best pictures, framed and in different sizes. I think it would be a great way to help finance this with pictures of my own country and province, Quebec.

Other traveler’s blog. A must see.

I present a blog of people that have done a trip close like the one I am now planning. They are actually inspiration to me right now. I have analysed the details of their trip and will take it in example in many ways. See their blog, it’s very interesting. But it is only in French, so if you can read French, go in it is full of information’s.I do not think of putting has many details as they did in my blog, but I am sure that I will have plenty to say nonetheless. I would like to make the trip faster than they did, but being out there I might change my mind and want to stay longer. I am allowing myself a full two years if things come to that.

First Message…
This is the very first message on this new blog. I plan a two years (or more) trip around South America. Departure date July 2012. I am now at working to save the amount of money that will be necessary for the planning of this adventure. I will also try to find ways to promote the voyage to help me finance the whole thing. If you have comments, tips or tricks, I will be glad to read them.
