Itinerary

A map of the road I would like to take

I do not include the detour to Rio because it is something I would like we will see when I’m there. I also do not show the Galapagos Islands that are a must for my trip. I could have also put a dot for Easter Island, but that one I will have to see, because it is very expensive to get there, by plane no other way, so I will see once there if it is a possibility. It is still a projected road and as I said before it could still change on the way.

To have a general idea of my itinerary, you can look at the first part of it, which is Peru.

The itinerary is slowly taking place
Right now I am looking and analysing all the places I would like to go and see. I am not too rigorous on that point because this will be a trip of exploration and expeditions. The time I will stay in each country is still to be determined when over there. But I am preparing a road that will be a marker for what will be next.
I would like to start in Peru and go down the west coast while it’s summer (here), to slowly head down to southern Chile for December or January. Southern Chile and Argentina have a tempered climate just like here, so it seems best to be there while it’s their summer and warm. Then go back up Argentina and Uruguay. I’d love to be able to get to Rio de Janeiro in Bresil, but that is still a part that I will see once there. Next step, start my way up towards Paraguay, back to argentina and up into Bolivia, after back into Peru towards Ecuador and Colombia. The last part of the journey will be going up central America, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize and Mexico
When I will start my journey, this blog will become a voyage log book in a way. Describing where I’ve been and done more in details. That way people will be able to follow me thought my year or two on the road.
